The TMS9995NL is a 16-Bit Microcomputer. The TMS9995NL is fabricated using N-channel silicon-gate MOS technology. The rich instruction set of the TMS9995NL is based upon a unique memory-to-memory architecture that features multiple register files resident in memory. Memory-resident register files allow faster response to interrupts and increased programming flexibility. The inclusion of RAM, timer function, clock generator, interrupt interface, and a flexible flag register on-chip facilitates support of small system implementations.
